Manager The Support Ticket Manager is an all
round easy to use support/trouble ticket system that fits nicely
into your SkyPortal website.
When guests or site members create a
new support ticket they can select which group/department they want
to deal with there case, they will be emailed a copy of the new
support ticket and ticket ID/information. The group chosen to deal
with the support/trouble ticket will also be notified via private
message and email, depending on module administration settings.
Tickets can be transferred to other members, change priority
status and can be closed and re-opened at any time.
If you have the JMail Pro components on your portal's server new
tickets can also be started and replied to via email, choose any
POP3 account of your choice and emails sent to that address will be
treated as a new ticket or existing ticket reply and added to your
site database as if the user created the support/trouble ticket on
your website.
