We are always available to help you with your SkyPortal installation and
modules you may have installed. We can also custom design modules to
suit your need and tailor them to your SkyPortal specifications as
required. Please see below for information and pricing. Please also note
that FTP access is commonly required to access your portal if you cannot
provide this or choose not too we may not be able to support you. FTP
details should NOT be give out unless it is "borderlad" or sent to an
official Digi-Net email address.

| Full SkyPortal Install |
| We will component check, install and setup your
SkyPortal using either Access or SQL database connection, your
choice. We will configure your settings at your request with the
information you give us and when we are done we will remove all the
install files and leave your portal secure and ready for you to use.
Paying us to install your portal also includes 3 month after install
portal maintenance where Digi-Net will help you manage and maintain
your portal and resolve any issues you may have. |

| Module Install |
| We can install any module available for SkyPortal.
We will check your portal version is correct for the module and
resolve compatibility issues if required. You may also give us any
information before install such as which member groups you want to
allow access to the module etc, we can configure your module to suit
your needs. |

| Portal RC Upgrade |
| We can upgrade your current RC or
newer version of SkyPortal to the latest version available when
available. No matter what modules you have installed we will upgrade
them to if required, and get your portal running smoothly, we also
provide 3 months after upgrade support to help you get up and
running and familiar with your new portal version. |

| Portal Support Per Month |

| We offer dedicated support to you
and your portal on hand 24/7 by email and telephone or via this
website. We can support you with portal errors, configuration and
setup issue's as well as server/portal problems. Any advice you need
we will be on hand to advise you and resolve your problems, to help
keep your portal running smoothly and to its maximum potential.
There is no minimum term to this monthly service. |
