address and the module will add it into the database as a new reply, you
can also specify how often the module will import emails from your
inbox.
Note, If you are
running your portal via a hosting provider you might want to ask them if
the JMail PRO component is available on your server, your
Support Ticket Manager PRO will
still run correctly but without the JMail PRO component you will
not be able to make use of our POP3 Import functions to start and reply
to tickets via email.
